HYDROBLASTING
Hydroblasting or high pressure water blasting is a mechanical means of removing unwanted accumulations, debris or residues on many types of industrial equipment. This reliable, practical and cost effective cleaning method uses a powerful stream of water to remove troublesome scale, deposits, stains or other contamination. Orange Industrial provides the latest advancements in hydroblasting equipment, capable of producing pressures between 5,000 to 40,000 PSI at a rate of 8-275 GPM.
Orange Industrial has an abundant inventory of nozzles, fittings and hoses available in our warehouse at all times. By following a strict preventive maintenance program we can ensure our equipment is ready to service your requirements with a moment’s notice.
INDUSTRIAL VACUUMING
Industrial Vacuum units provide a safe, cost effective and reliable clean up or recovery of materials including solids, dry bulk powders, slurries and / or thick sludge.
After material has been collected in the debris box, the vacuum truck allows us to hydraulically lift the debris box and dump the material at your desired location. In order to maximize productivity and efficiency we use cutting edge vacuum units including the Guzzler CL and Guzzler NX. These units allow effective operation in even the most remote or inaccessible locations.
COMMERCIAL SEWER CLEANING
Safely and effectively Orange Industrial can accommodate cleaning in all sizes of sanitary and storm sewers. In order to amplify productivity and adequacy we use cutting edge vacuum units including the Vactor 2100. These units allow effective operation in even the most obscure or unreachable locations.
The Vactor Combination unit provides 2,500 PSI of water through the hose to clean the drain and sewer lines while simultaneously vacuuming the material. With many different nozzles to choose from, the pressure will break through a clogged pipe then finish cleaning the line from any unwanted debris. After material is collected in the debris box, these vacuum trucks allow us to hydraulically lift the debris box and dump the material at your desired location.

HYDRO EXCAVATING
Hydro Excavation “Soft Dig” is a method of excavation utilizing pressurized water in conjunction with a vacuum system to perform potholing, utility locates, pipeline excavation and other excavation tasks. Allowing us to dig safely where traditional methods are unsuitable or crowed easements are not accessible.
After material is collected in the debris box, these vacuum trucks allow us to hydraulically lift the debris box and dump the material at a location of your request.
Video Pipeline Inspection
From storm drains to sanitary mainlines, or projects as small as kitchen floor drains, Orange Industrial can aid you in assessing the structural integrity and condition of your pipes. With the use of our state of the art closed circuit television and laser profiling pipeline inspection equipment, Orange Industrial can perform fast and accurate assessments that include precise measurements of cracks, diameter, deflection, deformation, and joints. Depending on your needs we offer both portable and vehicle mounted video inspection and documentation systems. We are capable of inspecting pipes from 2 inches to 60 inches in diameter and laser profiling pipes from 6 inches to 60 inches in diameter.
Orange Industrial will provide a complete report immediately upon the completion of the job that includes:
Television inspection logs: Printed records are given to the customer and clearly show the location in relation to an adjacent manhole of each infiltration point observed during the inspection. Other points of significance such as locations of lateral connections, unusual conditions, roots, broken pipe, presence of infiltration scale and corrosion and other discernible features will be recorded.

Photographs: At the request of the owner, photographs of the television picture of problems can be taken and included with the inspection logs sent to the customer. Video images can also be captured from the screen and printed as part of the report.

QUICKLOCK POINT REPAIR
Along with our closed circuit television and laser profiling pipeline inspection equipment, Orange Industrial can perform on site point repairs on damaged pipes utilizing the QuickLock system. QuickLock is a strictly mechanical point repair system for the inside repair of pipe without the use of resin. This revolutionary system consists of only two components: a (1) 316L mechanical stainless steel sleeve structural body, covered by a (2) seamless EPDM compression seal that is applicable for internal pressures up to 220 PSI. Through the manhole the sleeve is inserted into the pipe and placed over the damaged section. Using an inflatable packer, the sleeve is then expanded and permanently locked into position. QuickLock can be utilized in municipal sewage lines and well and potable water piping systems to repair leaking and/or offset joints, root intrusion, holes, longitudinal & circumferential cracks, abandon laterals or to restore structural integrity of pipe prior to lining. Sleeve sizes are available from 6″ to 32″ in circular pipe diameter.
